The view from the flat is tremendous - from all of the main rooms you see trees and sky. As mentioned previously, the flat overlooks the US residence, which is a palace set on grounds encompassing a full block. The flat is bright and gets sun throughout the majority of the day.

Please note: The only real downside to the property are that the building itself is not yet renovated, and as such there is no lift - the flat is great, but about 100 steps up.
